Our Story

Maman Fari is the creator's mother, a gifted home chef whose recipes have brought warmth and joy to everyone around her table for decades.

Her specialty is northern Persian cuisine, the food of Gilan and Mazandaran provinces, known for its incredible diversity of fresh herbs, fragrant rice dishes, tangy sour flavors, seafood, and forest ingredients.
